Official Rules & Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT ENHANCE CHANCE OF WINNING.
- 1. ELIGIBILITY: Ashley HomeStore “Ashley Insider” is open to legal residents of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario, who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of TDG Furniture Inc. o/a Ashley HomeStore (the “Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter or win. No purchase is required in order to enter or win Ashley Insider.
- 2. ENTRY PERIODS:Entries will be accepted in accordance with these Official Rules from Friday, September 6, 2019 up to and including Friday, November 22, 2019 inclusive (the “Entry Period”).
- 3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Participants can enter Ashley Insider by visiting the Ashley HomeStore webpage located at https://www.ashleyhomestore.ca and filling out the entry form on the Ashley Insider Pop-Up during the Entry Period. All entries must include your first name, last name, valid email address, and postal code.
- 4. PRIZE: There is three (3) prizes to be won consisting of a two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) Ashley HomeStore Gift Card valid at participating Ashley HomeStore locations.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER: On Friday, November 22, 2019, a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Ashley HomeStore Canada, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the declared winner directly by e-mail within three (3) business days after the Selection Date. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days after the Selection Date, such potential winner will be disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited and, an alternate winner may be selected from the other participants for such Prize.
6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Official Rules:
An Entry for Ashley Insider must be received by 11:59 pm Central Time (CST) on the final day of the Entry Period to be eligible for the Prize.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per household per day. Any attempt to earn extra entries by using multiple/different identities, contact information, registrations or log-ins, or any other methods, will void all of such participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified from Ashley Insider.
By entering Ashley Insider, participants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure by the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective officers, agents and employees, of their personal information for the purposes of administering Ashley Insider, for compiling statistical and consumer habits and market information and, if consented to on the ballot, for contacting the participant with promotional and/or marketing materials. Although participants may be given the option to receive commercial communications from the Sponsor, participation in Ashley Insider is not dependent upon the participating agreeing to receive communications, and such agreement will not impact a participant’s chance of winning.
You agree that these Terms are to be considered an agreement made under seal.
- 7. GENERAL OFFER RESTRICTIONS: All Offers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Certain other restrictions may apply. Except as otherwise specified herein, no substitution will be made. Offers are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, and all the Participating Stores’ respective usual terms of sale shall apply to merchandise purchased with the gift certificate awarded. All federal, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and any costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of an offer not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the Offer winner.
- 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding. By entering a draw, entrants’ consent to the collection, use and disclosure by the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective officers, agents and employees, of their personal information for the purposes of administering Spin to Win, for compiling statistical and consumer habits and market information and, if consented to on the ballot, for contacting the entrant with promotional and/or marketing materials. Acceptance of an Offer constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the Offer winner’s name, city of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without any compensation, notification or permission. Neither the Sponsor, its affiliates, their respective directors, officers or employees nor any other person, shall be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed or damaged entries, or lost or stolen entry boxes nor for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors relating to or in connection with Ashley Insider, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of Ashley Insider, the processing of entries, or in any Ashley Insider-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate Ashley Insider or amend these rules (or any portion thereof) at any time in whole or in part without notice and for any (or no) reason.
